Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout.

Shipping Timeline:

• All orders will be shipped within 7-8 days of placement.
• For large orders and customized wall hangings and other products, please allow us a processing timeline of 10-12 days.
  Delivery Timeline:
• Udaipur: 2-3 working days.
• Rest of India: 5-6 working days. (Note: Excludes national holidays and festivals.)
  At Twisted By Akanksha, each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. We do not mass manufacture; rather, we carefully design and build each order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Please allow us the mentioned timelines to handcraft and ship your orders.
  Important Note: We cannot be held responsible for delays during shipping transit by the courier company. In the event of a return to origin (RTO) situation, we will review and reship your order once you are available at the delivery location. Please note that shipping charges for reshipment may be incurred by either the customer or the courier company.
